Return of Faulty Products

Easy Returns Procedure
At Supergift, our returns policy is simple! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty or defective, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement.

We will happlily accept the return of faulty products for exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please see the section below for details on how to return faulty products to us.

Return of Faulty Products

  • Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is faulty, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Personalised products that are returned defective will be replaced like for like.
  • In order to properly respond to your request, you must obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA) prior to returning the product. To obtain this RMA number, please fill out the online RMA Request Form.
  • In order to expedite a resolution to your problem, we may occasionally refer you to the product manufacturer who will deal directly with the return. In these instances, we will provide you with the contact information for the relevant manufacturer.
  • As we cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit, we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.
  • The RMA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the wrapping. It will also help us to process your return quicker if you enclose a detailed note of the fault.
  • Return your parcel directly to us. Please send it to the returns address below. Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
  • Where appropriate, return postage will be refunded to you.

  • On receipt of the return, we will test the product according to the fault you have stated. If following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you. The carriage cost of this return will be your responsibility.
  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
