Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Orders shipped directly from ourselves can be cancelled, so long as your order has not yet been dispatched, orders can be cancelled by emailing our Customer Care on customercare@supergift.co.uk quoting your email address and order number. Note: Orders coming direct from our suppliers and especially any personalised gifts cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.

Do I have to pay by Credit or Debit card?
Yes, but we accept all major cards.

Is it safe to shop online at Supergift with my credit card?

Do you deliver to locations outside the UK?
No, but we will deliver to anywhere with a UK postcode.

How do I become a Supergift member?
You can register as a member by completing the details in the members form. Alternatively,you can become a member at the checkout. From then on in, every time you want to make further purchases from Supergift you will not need to re-enter your address, delivery details etc.

What if I have a Customer Service problem?
